Optional Add-Ons for Hourly Engagements

  • Executive Coaching Block (8 hrs): $2,000: strategic delivery or PMO leadership coaching
  • Quick-Start Diagnostic (2 weeks): $7,500: focused readiness review and roadmap
  • Training Session (Half-Day): $3,000: role-based PM, Smartsheet, or KPI workshops

How We Bill

  • Minimum engagement: 8 hours (new clients)

  • Invoiced bi-weekly or monthly via Stripe or ACH

  • Time tracking and summaries are included in every invoice

  • Travel and expenses billed at cost (if applicable)

Commercial Terms

  • Fixed fee for Foundation/Momentum, monthly retainer for Leadership.  Travel at cost. Payment via Stripe or invoice; NET terms by agreement. Long-term/referral discounts available; annual rate reviews with 30-day notice.
