With 15+ years of experience across enterprise program leadership, service delivery, portfolio governance, technology-enabled transformation, and business operations, Annie has led high-visibility initiatives across Fortune 500 and complex enterprise environments.
Her strength is creating the management layer that connects strategy to execution-integrating business, technical, functional, vendor, and executive teams around clear decisions, measurable outcomes, and one governed delivery model.
